We accept 300 pieces per style and colour so you can test a style, read the sell-through and reorder — with a 4-6 week production lead time that makes an in-season repeat realistic rather than theoretical.

In womenswear, size inconsistency drives returns more than any other production issue, and returns are where margin disappears. Our pattern room grades to EU or UK size sets, or to your own measurement chart if you have one.
At fit sample stage the garment is tried on a model and your comments are applied to the pattern. The approved measurement chart then governs bulk production, with panel measurements checked after cutting and again after washing. Every fabric batch is shrinkage-tested before cutting so washed garments still match the approved chart.
We source and send physical swatches against your target cost: viscose and viscose blends for fluid drape, linen and linen-viscose for summer, poplin and gabardine for shirting and tailoring, satin, chiffon and crepe for occasion, plus denim and denim-like wovens. Certified options include GOTS organic cotton, GRS recycled content and Tencel/lyocell blends.
If you are building a collection rather than a single style, we can help structure it: turning references into manufacturable styles, checking how a block will behave in your chosen fabric before sampling, proposing cost alternatives to hit a target retail price, and working the calendar backwards from fabric lead times so the delivery date is real.
Full package (FOB) — we source fabric and trims and deliver finished, labelled goods. CMT — you supply materials, we cut, sew, finish and pack to your tech pack. Either way you get sampling, in-line and final quality control, private labelling, polybagging and export documentation.

Every incoming fabric batch is shrinkage-tested before cutting and the allowance is built into the pattern. Panel measurements are checked after cutting and garments are re-measured after washing against the approved chart.
Washing and laser are in-house. Printing and embroidery are done by specialist workshops we have used for years, and quality control remains our responsibility, not yours.
Yes, and that is common. Producing both in one place removes the coordination overhead of running a separate denim supplier and a separate woven supplier for the same drop.
