Low minimums, short lead times and one team responsible for the whole process — from tech pack and fabric sourcing to labelled, packed, shipment-ready goods.
Sourcing decisions stall when factories will not commit to numbers. Ours are simple:
The model most brands choose. We source the fabric and trims, develop the pattern, produce, finish, label and pack. You supply the design or a reference and approve samples; you never manage a fabric mill, a trim supplier or a laundry yourself. This is also the model that lets us hold the cost target, because we can propose alternatives across the whole bill of materials rather than only labour.
For brands with an established supply chain. You send fabric and trims; we cut, sew, wash and pack strictly to your tech pack. Useful when you have negotiated your own fabric pricing or need to use nominated mills.
If you do not have a tech pack, our pattern room can develop the style from a reference garment, a photograph or a moodboard, propose fabrics and build the size set for your market — EU, UK or your own chart.
Womenswear and menswear across eight categories: blouses, dresses, jackets, jumpsuits, shirts, shorts, skirts and trousers — in woven and denim fabrics.
Our centre of gravity is denim and wovens. Denim programmes benefit from our in-house laundry and laser unit: see denim manufacturing. For blouses, dresses and skirts see womenswear manufacturing.
Services included as standard: pattern making and grading, sampling (proto, fit and salesman samples), fabric and trim sourcing, cutting, sewing, laser and wash, in-line and final quality control, private labelling, polybagging, carton packing and export documentation.
For most European buyers, compliance is a gate before price is even discussed. Our facilities are audited under BSCI / Sedex-SMETA, covering workers' rights, working hours and occupational safety.
For programmes requiring certified materials we produce with GOTS (organic content) and GRS (recycled content) certified fabrics. Our laser finishing materially reduces water and chemical use in denim, which supports the environmental reporting many retailers now require from suppliers.
If your compliance team needs documentation to open a supplier account, ask us early and we will send what we hold rather than making you chase it mid-order.
One contact owns your order end to end. You will not be handed between departments.
300 pieces per style and colour. Where a collection has several styles we look at the total order rather than each line, which usually gives new brands enough room to launch.
Yes. Send a reference garment, photographs or even a moodboard. Our pattern room develops the style, we propose fabrics and trims, and you approve a physical sample before committing to bulk.
Both. Full package means we source everything and deliver finished goods; CMT means you supply the materials and we manufacture to your tech pack.
Same day in most cases, provided we have the product type, quantity and either a tech pack or a clear reference. Quotations are free and itemised.
Our facilities are audited under BSCI / Sedex-SMETA. We can produce with GOTS (organic) and GRS (recycled) certified fabrics when your programme requires certified inputs.
Roughly 6-9 weeks in practice: 10-15 days sampling, then 4-6 weeks production, plus freight. Fabric availability is usually the variable that moves this.
Yes. Brand labels, care labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons — goods arrive labelled, packed and ready for your warehouse or 3PL.
Yes, and it is one of the main reasons brands manufacture in Turkey. If fabric is available, repeats are faster than the original order because pattern and wash recipe are already locked.
