Private Label Clothing Manufacturer in Turkey

Low minimums, short lead times and one team responsible for the whole process — from tech pack and fabric sourcing to labelled, packed, shipment-ready goods.

The numbers buyers ask for first

Sourcing decisions stall when factories will not commit to numbers. Ours are simple:

  • MOQ: 300 pieces per style and colour — genuinely low for a factory of our size.
  • Lead time: 4-6 weeks after sample approval; 10-15 days for sampling.
  • Capacity: 200,000 pieces per month across two facilities, so growth does not mean changing supplier.
  • Response time: same-day reply to quotation requests during European working hours.

Full package (FOB) or CMT — your choice

Full package / FOB

The model most brands choose. We source the fabric and trims, develop the pattern, produce, finish, label and pack. You supply the design or a reference and approve samples; you never manage a fabric mill, a trim supplier or a laundry yourself. This is also the model that lets us hold the cost target, because we can propose alternatives across the whole bill of materials rather than only labour.

CMT

For brands with an established supply chain. You send fabric and trims; we cut, sew, wash and pack strictly to your tech pack. Useful when you have negotiated your own fabric pricing or need to use nominated mills.

Design and development support

If you do not have a tech pack, our pattern room can develop the style from a reference garment, a photograph or a moodboard, propose fabrics and build the size set for your market — EU, UK or your own chart.

What we produce

Womenswear and menswear across eight categories: blouses, dresses, jackets, jumpsuits, shirts, shorts, skirts and trousers — in woven and denim fabrics.

Our centre of gravity is denim and wovens. Denim programmes benefit from our in-house laundry and laser unit: see denim manufacturing. For blouses, dresses and skirts see womenswear manufacturing.

Services included as standard: pattern making and grading, sampling (proto, fit and salesman samples), fabric and trim sourcing, cutting, sewing, laser and wash, in-line and final quality control, private labelling, polybagging, carton packing and export documentation.

Compliance, audits and certified materials

For most European buyers, compliance is a gate before price is even discussed. Our facilities are audited under BSCI / Sedex-SMETA, covering workers' rights, working hours and occupational safety.

For programmes requiring certified materials we produce with GOTS (organic content) and GRS (recycled content) certified fabrics. Our laser finishing materially reduces water and chemical use in denim, which supports the environmental reporting many retailers now require from suppliers.

If your compliance team needs documentation to open a supplier account, ask us early and we will send what we hold rather than making you chase it mid-order.

Why source from Turkey rather than Asia

  • Speed to market. Road freight reaches most of Europe in days; sea freight from the Far East takes weeks. That difference is what makes in-season repeats possible.
  • Low minimums. 300 pieces per style versus minimums that commonly start in the thousands.
  • Reorders that arrive while the style is still selling. This is the single biggest driver of reduced markdown risk for small and mid-size brands.
  • Duty advantage. The Turkey-EU Customs Union gives textile exports into the EU a tariff advantage.
  • Overlapping working hours. Questions get answered the same day, not overnight.
  • Vertical supply base. Denim mills, wash chemistry, trims and printing are concentrated in the same region.

How an order runs

  • 1. Enquiry — Product type, quantity, target price, delivery window, tech pack or reference.
  • 2. Written quotation — Itemised, same day where possible.
  • 3. Pattern and proto sample — 10-15 days.
  • 4. Fit approval — Your comments go into the pattern; a revised or salesman sample follows if needed.
  • 5. Order confirmation — Quantity, size ratio, delivery date, payment terms in writing.
  • 6. Production — 4-6 weeks with progress updates and photos on request.
  • 7. Inspection and shipment — Final QC, labelling, packing, export documents, freight.

One contact owns your order end to end. You will not be handed between departments.

Frequently asked questions

What is your MOQ, and is it negotiable?

300 pieces per style and colour. Where a collection has several styles we look at the total order rather than each line, which usually gives new brands enough room to launch.

I am launching a new brand and have no tech pack. Can you help?

Yes. Send a reference garment, photographs or even a moodboard. Our pattern room develops the style, we propose fabrics and trims, and you approve a physical sample before committing to bulk.

Do you work FOB (full package) or CMT?

Both. Full package means we source everything and deliver finished goods; CMT means you supply the materials and we manufacture to your tech pack.

How quickly can I get a quotation?

Same day in most cases, provided we have the product type, quantity and either a tech pack or a clear reference. Quotations are free and itemised.

Are you audited? Can you supply certified sustainable fabrics?

Our facilities are audited under BSCI / Sedex-SMETA. We can produce with GOTS (organic) and GRS (recycled) certified fabrics when your programme requires certified inputs.

What is the total timeline from first contact to delivery?

Roughly 6-9 weeks in practice: 10-15 days sampling, then 4-6 weeks production, plus freight. Fabric availability is usually the variable that moves this.

Do you handle labelling and packaging?

Yes. Brand labels, care labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons — goods arrive labelled, packed and ready for your warehouse or 3PL.

Can we place a repeat order mid-season?

Yes, and it is one of the main reasons brands manufacture in Turkey. If fabric is available, repeats are faster than the original order because pattern and wash recipe are already locked.
