Frequently asked questions

What is your minimum order quantity?

300 pieces per style and colour. On multi-style collections we assess the total order rather than each line, which usually gives smaller brands enough flexibility to launch a full range.

What are your lead times?

4-6 weeks from sample approval to shipment, preceded by 10-15 days of sampling. Fabric availability is the usual variable; nominated or specialty fabrics can extend it.

Do you offer full package (FOB) or CMT production?

Both. In full package we source fabric and trims, develop patterns, produce, finish, label and pack, delivering shipment-ready goods. In CMT you supply the materials and we cut, make and trim to your tech pack.

I don't have a tech pack. Can you still quote?

Yes. Send a reference garment, photographs or a moodboard with your target quantity and price point. Our pattern room develops the style and we quote from that.

How much does sampling cost?

It depends on the complexity of the style and the wash. We quote sample costs up front, and on confirmed bulk orders we credit them back against the order.

Who sources the fabric?

In full package, we do — from Turkish mills, with physical swatches sent for approval. In CMT you supply it. We can also work with nominated mills if your buying programme requires it.

Which product categories do you manufacture?

Blouses, dresses, jackets, jumpsuits, shirts, shorts, skirts and trousers for women and men, in denim and woven fabrics. Denim programmes benefit from our in-house laundry and laser unit.

Are your facilities audited?

Yes, under BSCI / Sedex-SMETA, covering workers' rights, working hours and occupational safety. If your compliance team needs documentation to open a supplier account, ask and we will send what we hold.

Can you produce with certified sustainable fabrics?

Yes — GOTS for organic content and GRS for recycled content. Our laser finishing also reduces water and chemical consumption in denim, which supports environmental reporting requirements.

What are your payment terms?

Typically a deposit at order confirmation and the balance before shipment. Terms are negotiable with order size and the maturity of the relationship.

Which countries do you ship to, and do you handle export documents?

Predominantly the EU and UK, and further afield on request. We prepare export documentation and organise freight. Road freight to Europe takes days, and the Turkey-EU Customs Union gives a duty advantage on textiles into the EU.

Do you handle labelling and packing?

Yes. Brand labels, care labels, hangtags, polybags and carton packing to your specification, so goods arrive ready for your warehouse or 3PL.

Can I place a repeat order mid-season?

Yes, and it is a core reason brands source from Turkey. With the pattern and wash recipe already locked, repeats usually run faster than the original order.

Can we visit before placing an order?

Yes. Our Istanbul headquarters, pattern room and showroom and our Malatya factory are open to buyer visits. Share your dates and we will prepare relevant samples.

How quickly will you reply to an enquiry?

The same day during European working hours. Turkey overlaps with EU and UK business hours, so you are not waiting overnight for answers.
