Malatya — the factory carrying the bulk of production volume: cutting room, sewing lines, laser and laundry.

Both are one company under one management, not a broker arrangement with subcontractors. The sample you approve in Istanbul is produced to the same standard in Malatya, and there is no margin-stacking middleman between you and the line.

This matters when you are screening suppliers remotely: many "manufacturers" you find online are agents who place your order elsewhere. Ask to see the laundry. We will show you ours.

At our Güngören showroom you can review past-season production, wash and effect samples and fabric swatches in person, and meet the people who will actually run your order.

Tell us your dates in advance and we will prepare samples relevant to your product group so the meeting is worth the trip. Both Istanbul airports are within road-travel distance, and if you are already in Merter for fabric sourcing we are a short drive away.

Why Istanbul for apparel production

• Days to Europe, not weeks. Road freight makes in-season reorders viable — the single most useful advantage over Far East sourcing for small and mid-size brands.
• Customs Union. Textile exports into the EU carry a duty advantage under the Turkey-EU Customs Union.
• Low minimums. 300 pieces per style, against minimums that commonly start in the thousands elsewhere.
• A dense supply base. Denim mills, trim suppliers, printing and embroidery workshops are concentrated around Güngören and Merter, so an urgent trim substitution is solved the same day instead of costing a week.
• Overlapping hours. Turkey works European hours; you are not waiting overnight for answers.
• Skilled labour pool. The district concentrates experienced pattern makers, cutters and machinists — the reason sampling here is measured in days.

What we make and how we work

Womenswear and menswear in eight categories — blouses, dresses, jackets, jumpsuits, shirts, shorts, skirts and trousers — across denim and woven fabrics, with wash and laser finishing in-house.
