Monoteks Textile got place in this market as a sole proprietorship in 1986 as forming a joint stock fabric trading company. In 1990, it started to have its own production as a small plant and it became a family business in 1994. Monoteks is gradually growing since then. Monoteks Textile, with its experienced team in every field of Denim manufacturing, can coordinate design,
cutting, sewing, washing and finishing processes in its own constitution. The company is fully equipped
with the specialized technology necessary for the manufacturing and completion of the production.
Fashion Democracy
The capacity of Monoteks Textile consist of the products made of denim fabric at 80% and non-denim
fabric at 20% with 250.000 pcs monthly sewing capacity.

Our central office, based in Istanbul, employs 170 team members which focus on research & wash centre developing, design, modelling, cutting, sewing, washing and finishing. Production capacity of 75,000 pcs/month.
Malatya
265 Employees 7500 M2
Our main production is based in Malatya, with 265 employees in 2 different production plants, vertically integrated units from cutting to final shipment. Production capacity of 175,000 pcs/month.

Developing quick and continuous collections with innovative design team who follows the fashion trends very closely. Our talented design team provides a range of stylistic choices ranging from classic, simple styles for casualwear to more intricate styles for a more edgy, sophisticated approach.
8 highly skilled pattern makers both experienced in Assyst program to fulfil all pattern requirements.
Main organisation unit of the company, makes critical path analysis, predicts and sets all stages of production. Connects and plans in-house and subcontracted production units for a rapid on-time deliveries.
Fabric is rolled out and placed on the tables 30 m long and layered. Amount variable from 50-100 layers.Pattern paper with fabric parts is fixed on top of the fabric pile to ensure accurate cutting.
All kinds of embroidery, print and artwork can be applied on garments. This process can be done before or after washing depending on the design.
Each pair of jeans is made up of 19 to 42 parts, depending on the style. Each seamstress operates one machine and handles one stage in the sewing process. 50-80 stages involved to finalise garment.
Experienced design and washing developers choose the most suitable wash & fabric option from a wide range, offering a unique collection for our customers. Creative design technicians employed for research and experimenting new washing techniques.
Innovative washings and adaptation of innovative washings to the production are being done in accordance with our customers demands by experienced team who follows latest trends at the washing R&D department.
Each and every produced product passes through many different quality control stages from raw material stage to the packaging stage. Cleaning, ironing, nailing, final measurement and colour inspection. All quality tests and reports are subjected to individual Quality Assurance Team.
Depending on our customer needs garments are packed subject to their packing regulations.
